  Before you can use your for the first time you have to activate it. For the activation you need the CD-Key (which is printed on the CD), the Software-Code (which will be indicated after the first start of the program) and a valid email.

I have Visualizer 3d and using now , no problem..
Im asking hex code in the eproom for Future 2005 device , which is showing below pic.

I have also the Future 2005. Here are the two codes I got:

6645-6608-3161 I got this code when I bought it.

2678-6286-5442 I requested a new one when I changed the laptop and got this.

You can try maybe it will work.

Im not so satisfied with the device so let me please know how you think about it.
